Is it ok if I have never meditated or done breathwork before

Yes, it is absolutely ok to do so.

Is it normal to feel pain, cold, warm , sweaty , stiff ,tingling, restlessness, light headed or intense sensations or strong vibrations in my body

Yes, please continue as these sensation are normal during breath work.

Can I open my eyes in between

No, it is not recommended to do so , even if you do , please once again close your eyes and continue with the process.
