The above retreats shall hereinafter be referred to as “Retreats”.
1. You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on this website.
2. Please note that we are collecting the fees for the convenience of participants. The collected fee shall be passed on to the aforesaid Pyramid Valley International. For refund, if any, we will act as a median without having any liability towards you.
3. A 100% refund will be given for the Retreats, provided that the booking is cancelled by you on or before:

4. If the booking is cancelled after the above-mentioned dates, a cancellation fee of 10% of the plan shall be charged.
5. Any cancellations on the basis of a phone call will not be considered, the participant must give in writing or email, requesting for a cancellation and refund.
6. Once a cancellation request is submitted in writing, please share your complete bank account details for us to process the refund.
7. Refunds are normally processed within 15 business days. Business days shall mean a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in India or in the state of Karnataka.
8. If any amount has been deducted but not received by us, the participant should contact their respective bank for assistance.
9. If refunds are not possible as per this policy, participants agree not to pursue refunds beyond the scope of this policy.
10. If bank charges and credit card fees are incurred during the refund process, the final refund amount will be calculated by deducting those charges/fees.
11. In case of unforeseen circumstances or accidents preventing attendance, participants may transfer their booking to a friend or relative.
12. Its mandatory to carry a valid ID proof and payment receipt. Foreign participants are requested to carry valid passport and fill a C-Form at arrival.
