Agreement to Terms: By registering for the retreat, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to transact on this website.
Facility of registration for the retreat and participation fees collected through our website is meant only for the convenience of the participants. The participation fees paid on our website is credited directly to the bank account of Shreans Daga Foundation, and will be further remitted forward.
We will endeavor to act as intermediary to facilitate refunds, if any, but please note that we shall have no liability for the refund process.
Refund Terms:
A 100% refund will be given if your booking is cancelled within 72 hours of payment up to the 5th of September 2024;
A 50% refund will be given if your booking is cancelled on or before 8th September 2024; and
A 10% refund will be given if your booking is cancelled on or before 8th October 2024.
No Refund: Cancellations made after 8th October 2024 will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email (info@shreansdaga.org). Phone call cancellations will not be accepted.
Bank Details for Refunds: Upon submitting a cancellation request, please provide your complete bank account details for processing the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds are normally processed within 15 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public or bank holidays in India or in the state of Karnataka and Maharashtra.
Bank Contact for Issues: If any amount is deducted but not received by Shreans Daga Foundation, please contact your respective bank for assistance.
Policy Adherence: Refunds will be processed strictly as per this policy. Participants agree not to pursue refunds beyond this policy’s scope.
Bank Charges: Any charges, including bank charges or credit card fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the final refund amount.
ID Proof: It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof and payment receipts. Foreign participants must carry valid passports and fill out a C-Form upon arrival. If any misrepresentation, the organizer will ask you to pay the difference, if any.
