WHAT MAKES THE PROGRAMME UNIQUE?

The camp is unique because it involves:
Witnessing A Complete Process

by providing guided opportunities for working with nature, children develop a sense of ease; it calms down urban restlessness and nurtures the unique need of all children: slowing down.

Developing deep sense of wholeness

through activities that involve observations of constellations to different life forms in nature children develop high level of understanding by connecting the dots.

Creating a sense of responsibility

through easy practices in managing emotions that can be carried home; through practices that build energy and fitness

Understanding ‘Happiness’

by building ways for organic joy; decoupling happiness from the stimulus. By introduction to silence time, ‘Yoga-nidra’ and certain breathing practices

Developing ability to face challenges

by offering unique child-friendly challenges that are fun but provoke deep reflection

Achieving academic excellence

Develop complementary skills and habits like reading, critical thinking, quantitative and spatial abilities and communication

Duration

Weeklong – 6 days 

Reporting is on Sunday before 6pm, and departure is on Saturday after lunch for all the batches.

A typical day at the summer program

6:00 am Wake Up:
Enjoy a hot cup of milk/tea/coffee with biscuits.

7.00 – Nature Expedition:
Embark on a refreshing nature walk, trek, or adventure.

8:30 am Breakfast:
Indulge in a delectable breakfast to fuel up and prepare for the day ahead.

8.30 to 10 – Refresh and Recharge:
Take some time to freshen up and prepare yourself for the day.

10 –12.30 noon:
Self exploration / skill-based activities 

12.30 to 1.30 pm Lunch:
Nutritious and much needed lunch awaits the adventurers

1:30 to 2.30 –  Relaxation and Yogic Bliss:
Immerse yourself in relaxation or Yog Nidra for rejuvenation.

2.30 to 5 pm:
Participants engage in different activities focused on self-awareness, learning new skills and service. A mix of fun and learning activities takes the experience beyond the classrooms.

5:00 pm Tea Time:
Boost your energy with a delightful tea time

5:30- 6.30 pm:
Outdoor experiences 

6.30 to 7:30 pm: 
Yoga and Meditation-Unwind and center yourself with calming yoga and meditation sessions.

8:00 pm:
Dinner Delight: Culminate your power-packed day with a satisfying dinner.

9:00 pm -Lights Out:
Drift into a restful sleep, preparing to wake up refreshed for another day of exciting adventures.

BEYOND THE BASICS

Accommodation World-class accommodations in a serene 35-acre meditation centre.

Facilitators/ Teachers Experienced, child-friendly mentors and facilitators

Food – Healthy and tasty vegetarian food options.

Safety – A safe environment tailored for children’s well-being

Things Required
  • 6 T-shirts and 6 track pants (Cotton)
  • 2 pairs of towels (Quick Dry)
  • Night wear minimum 3 sets
  • Handkerchiefs and sufficient undergarments
  • Cap, Sunglasses,1 Water bottle at least 1 liter capacity
  • 1 pair of slippers and 1 pair of shoes (Suitable for trekking)
  • 1 Swimming (costume, cap and googles)
  • 1 Jacket
  • Medicines, in case a child is under some medication (prior information is required)
  • Sunscreen and other toiletries.
Important instruction
  • Expensive jewelry clothes and gadgets are not allowed.
  • Smart phones are not allowed
  • If your child is under any medication, that has to be informed to us prior.
