We are committed to protect your privacy and data in keeping with the Information Technology Act 2000 (the “Act“) and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (“Rules“) framed and issued by the Government of India pursuant to the provisions of the Act. We are also committed to a responsible and justified usage of your personal information, only to the extent for the provision of our services. This user-friendly document is meant to help you understand our common practices with regard to the personal information we collect from our users on our website, located at www.shreansdaga.org related Services and for other purposes that are permitted or required by law. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the Website / Sites or submitting any sensitive personal information or data.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we work, collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our Sites and/or any software provided on or in connection with our Services (collectively, the “Services”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about who can see the User Content.

7. Children’s privacy:

SDF does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child below the age of 18, please contact us. Upon receipt of information that a user is below the age of 18, we shall after due verification, promptly delete the concerned account and any related information.

8. Your Options- Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out/unsubscribe’ from receiving certain offers and emails, SMS and calls from us.

Users, who no longer wish to receive any communication from us, may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending us an email at admin@shreansdaga.org.

9. Data Retention and Erasure

We retain your Information as long as necessary for the legitimate interests specified in this Privacy Policy and for us to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your Information then you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.

• Please note that if you request for the erasure of your Personal Information; We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend an account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent that user from opening a new account in the future.
• We may retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations and reasons of public interests. For example, we may keep some of your information for legal reporting and auditing obligations.
• Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) may continue to be publicly visible on the Sites, even after your account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Additionally, some copies of your information (e.g., log records) may remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
• Because we maintain copies of Personal Information to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.

We do not collect or otherwise record, process, organize, structure, store, adapt, alter, retrieve, use, disclose by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available a customer’s personal information pertaining to his/her race, religion, caste, sexual orientation or health or any other information that may be deemed to be sensitive under GDPR (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”) in the ordinary course of our business. Where we need to process your Sensitive Personal Information for legitimate purposes, we do so in accordance with the applicable law.

GDPR has provided the following rights to customers who are residents of countries who are members of the European Union:

• Right to information – including contact details to the Data Protection Officer of SDF, the purposes for processing user information and the rights of the user.
• Right to access the Purchase Information that are processed by SDF
• Right to erasure (“Right to be forgotten”) – this includes the right of the user to have all personal data to be erased from the records of the data controller.
• Right to rectification of Information that is processed by SDF
• Right to restriction of processing personal data
• Right to data portability of the Purchase Information supplied to SDF by the user.
• Right to object (opt-out) to processing Sensitive Personal Data (unless SDF otherwise has compelling legitimate grounds)

In the event you delete the account, we will not store your data beyond the period where it is required for us.
