Refund / Cancellation Policy - Shreans Daga

We are organizing a 8-day retreat event (“Event”) at the premises of Pyramid Valley International, Bengaluru situated at Kebbedoddi Village, Harohalli Hobli, Kanakpura Taluk, Ramanagar District 562112, from the 22nd to 29th April 2023. The participants (“You”) willing to join the event can choose the plan apropos accommodation, meal etc. provided by Pyramid Valley International, the details of plans are provided in https://shreansdaga.org/नवजीवन-निर्माण.
By using this Website, You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, You are advised not to transact on this Website.
Please note that We are collecting the fees for the convenience of participants. The collected fee shall be passed on to the aforesaid Pyramid Valley International, for refund, if any, we will act as a median without having any liability towards You.
Please note that for the Event, there is 30 days refund policy, provided that booking is cancelled by You on or before 15^th April 2023.
Please note that no refund shall be processed if booking is cancelled after December 15^th April 2023.
Once request is placed for the cancellation of the booking (on or before December 15^th April 2023), the refunds shall be applied to the original payment option.
Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances if the amount has been deducted and not received by us, please do contact your respective bank.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days. Business days shall mean a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in India or in the state of Karnataka.
The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks of third-party service providers.
In case refunds are not possible, You agree not to contact us to seek refund which lies out of the scope of this policy.
In case there are bank charges during the refund process, the final amount of refund will be calculated as refund amount minus the bank charges.
Any cancellations on the basis of a phone call will not be considered, the participant must give in writing or email, request for cancellation and refund.
Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accident, if You are unable to attend the event, in the case, You are entitled to transfer the booking to a friend.
Any unforeseen circumstances or accident, which occurs during the Event or before the event, kindly note We or our team shall not be responsible for the same.
We will take extreme care and precaution to prevent unforeseen events, however We will not be responsible for any injury which occurs during the Event.
We will try our best to assist You in every situation however We are not accountable for any unforeseen event which takes place at Event.
In the event any provision of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this policy shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Terms & Conditions

We are organizing a 8-day retreat event “Event”at the premises of Pyramid Valley International, Bengaluru situated at Kebbedoddi Village, Harohalli Hobli, Kanakpura Taluk, Ramanagar District 562112, from the 22nd to 29th of April 2023.
The amount collected includes the 8 day stay with three meals/day and all activities planned during course of retreat. The collected fee shall be passed on to the aforesaid Pyramid Valley International, for refund, if any, we will act as a median without having any liability towards you.
Please note that for the Event, there is 30 days refund policy, and that the money shall be refunded in 30 days.
Please note that no cancellation shall be processed if booking is cancelled after 15^th April, 2023 and 10 percent of the plan shall be charged.
Any cancellations on the basis of a phone call will not be considered, the participant must give in writing or email, request for a cancellation and refund.
Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accident, if You are unable to attend the event, in the case, you are entitled to transfer the booking to a friend.
Its Mandatory to carry a valid ID proof and payment receipt. Foreign participants are requested to carry valid passport and fill a C-Form at arrival.
Any unforeseen circumstances, accident or injury which occurs during the Event or before the event, kindly note SDF team shall not be responsible for the same.
Inappropriate behaviour or loss, theft or damage to the property will be taken into strict action.
