These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the SoulLab Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by Shreans Daga Foundation (“SDF”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (now Companies Act, 2013), through its application “SoulLab” (“Application”). By enrolling and participating in the Program, Users agree to abide by these T&Cs, as amended from time to time and displayed on the Application.
Definitions
- “Application” means the SoulLab digital application (mobile/web).
- “User” / “You” means a natural person aged 18 years or above, holding a valid and active account on the Application.
- “SoulCoins” means promotional loyalty points accrued by Users under the Program.
- “Eligible Content” means such sessions of meditation, hypnotherapy, breathwork, soulcasts, and masterclasses (talks and meditations) as listed on the Application from time to time.
Only content expressly displayed as eligible within the Application shall qualify. If a program, session, or content is not available or not listed on the Application, it shall not be considered Eligible Content for the purpose of earning SoulCoins.
- “Reward” means goods, services, vouchers, or benefits made available by SDF under the Program, which can be redeemed using SoulCoins.
Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or above with an active Application account. Each User is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts, bots, emulators, VPNs, or fraudulent access methods are prohibited. SDF reserves the unconditional right to accept, reject, or suspend any User’s participation or redemption at its sole discretion.
SoulCoins
- Users shall earn 1 (one) SoulCoin for each minute of cumulative Eligible Content (as listed on the Application) consumed within the same calendar day. Accumulation of watch/listen time may span across different Eligible Content categories. A maximum of 180 (one hundred eighty) SoulCoins may be credited per User per day, equivalent to 180 minutes of consumption.
- SoulCoins are credited in real time for online consumption, and upon synchronization for offline consumption as per Clause
- SDF’s computation of SoulCoins is conclusive and binding, and shall not be disputed by Users.
Online & Offline Consumption
- Online Consumption. SoulCoins shall be credited instantly once the User completes the required thirty minutes of cumulative Eligible Content consumption in an online mode.
- Offline Consumption. Where Eligible Content is consumed offline, watchtime data shall be stored locally only for the current day (T). Further, if a User consumes Eligible Content offline on day T but fails to reconnect to the Application before 12:00 AM, the reward points corresponding to such offline sessions shall not be credited. Upon reconnection on T+1 or thereafter, offline activities from day T shall neither be synced nor recorded, and no SoulCoins shall accrue in respect thereof.
- SDF assumes no liability for SoulCoins lost due to delayed synchronization, technical failures, device or network issues, or the User’s failure to timely reconnect in accordance with Clause 4.3 above.
Claiming & Redemption of Rewards
- Rewards for which the User’s SoulCoins balance is sufficient shall appear as “Unlocked.” To claim an unlocked reward, the User must complete the Claim Reward Form. The “Claim Now” option shall remain disabled until all mandatory fields are duly completed.
- Upon submission of the Claim Reward Form, SoulCoins shall be deducted immediately, and the corresponding reward shall be marked as “Used” in the User’s account.
- Each claim shall thereafter enter a backend queue for manual review by SDF. Redemption is final and irrevocable, and SoulCoins shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including where a claim is rejected following such review.
- All redemptions are subject to stock availability and SDF’s approval. SDF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any claim.
Status of SoulCoins
- SoulCoins are promotional loyalty points without monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-encashable, and cannot be sold, exchanged for currency, or used outside the rewards catalog.
- SoulCoins may be forfeited if the User’s account is suspended, terminated, or if the Program ceases.
Miscellaneous
- SDF reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, amend, withdraw, suspend, or terminate any provision of these T&Cs, including the earning rates, redemption criteria, or mechanics of the Program. The Program may be suspended or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of SDF.
- Upon termination of the Program, all unredeemed SoulCoins shall expire immediately without liability to SDF.
- SDF strictly prohibits any misuse of the program, including but not limited to, background/muted use, automated or simulated activity, manipulation of watchtime, redemption abuse, or multiple account usage.
- If misuse is suspected, SDF may cancel SoulCoins, suspend User accounts, or deny redemptions, with or without prior notice.
- By participating, Users consent to SDF’s collection and processing of personal and engagement data for administration of the Program and SoulCoins computation.
- SDF shall process such data in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
- SDF disclaims liability for loss of SoulCoins due to system errors, technical issues, synchronization delays, or third-party actions.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDF against any claims, damages, or losses arising out of misuse or breach of these T&Cs.
- SDF shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or failure of the Program caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, system/network failures, or government restrictions.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the Program shall be resolved internally by SDF, and SDF’s decision shall be final and binding. The courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal actions.
- If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver by SDF of any breach of these T&Cs shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
- These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement governing the Program and supersede any prior communication or representation.

- By redeeming SoulCoins, Users grant SDF a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name and participation details for publicity, advertising, and promotion in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
