The entire retreat will be conducted in Hindi.
This is a 5-day retreat, with sessions scheduled throughout the day, starting in the afternoon. We suggest committing yourself completely to this course so that you can soak up all the knowledge uninterrupted.

Additionally, Pyramid Valley provides many exciting activities and adventure games for children and families to partake in, including cycling, swimming, kayaking, ziplining, trekking, and lots more. Pyramid Valley International has a good Airtel and JIO network, and Wi-Fi is available at the reception. However, we encourage our guests to unplug and enjoy a digital detox if possible.

You can either sit or lie down during the entire process. However, we recommend that you sit and do the first half of rapid breathing, and lie down in the second half.
Anyone above the age of 16 can do it independently. Children between the age of 12 and 16 can do it under supervision. (If you have any health issues, kindly do it at a pace that is comfortable for you.)
Inhalation always from the nose. Exhalation can be nose or mouth, whichever you prefer.
You have to do rapid breathing for 25 minutes, as per guidance.
The real experience starts post the rapid breathing, hence it is important to complete the whole session.
